. Dog breeds

Dogs would have more breeds like cats. For example golden retriever, german shapperd, and labs for bedrock and java eddtion.

    I'd like this but I think the dogs currently in minecraft are actually wolves... To add breeds I think they would have to make a whole new mob

    Maybe each time the wolves breed there is a low chance for a mutation.

    we don't need a new mob, we should just make the new breeds spawn natrually

    Make dog breeds in Minecraft PE

    Just name a dog for example name it "German Sheppard"

    And boom it will turn into the dog you want

    I agree with you, it would make sense because there are multiple cat breeds so why not add more dog breeds.

    This makes sooooooo much sense... cats got a new mob all for themselves with 11 variants... Why not add a new type of mob (a dog) with 11+ variants???

     A name tag Easter egg it should have is that if you name is Harry it should become a black dog with white paws and a white belly and a white marking on his nose

    Like, huskies could spawn in the colder biomes, gold retrievers in the desert and black labs in the village are just some ideas.

    i think differnt dogs would come from the tamed wolfs because then they are dogs
