Name changing

The ability to change your name (shown above your head) into whatever you want, i played a long time and really liked the fact that you have steve as your name (or alex) and i'd love to have that even if you are signed in to a microsoft account :)

    Not gonna lie but I don’t really like the raw iron gold and copper could you make it so they drop ores again please mojang or make a mod that does that the raw ores makes it not like Minecraft really and I also think that it would be a good idea to be able to change your gamer tag for free!

    This used to be a thing before the Microsoft Acount Migration. Migration was not optional and removing this just made them more money. I want my old Minecraft name, and adding this feature back could fix it.

    I think changing your Minecraft name should be free. You could even have the same name as someone else. However, if you join someone's world and someone has your same name, a number will be added to the end of your name. Using the command /name would show your current name and this command would work even without cheats.

    But this doesn't have to be completely free. What if you could customize your name too? You could add fonts, colors, and maybe particles.
