[Java & Bedrock] 1.17 Stalactites should fall from redstone signal

Stalactites should fall from the ceiling when triggered by a redstone signal above it on a 1 block thin layer. Basically how it would work is you would have redstone laid out on a 1 block layer, whether you place it as a plus, a line, a trail, block, observer, etc, as long as the stalactite is under some sort of redstone and it gets a signal, it will fall. This would be good for traps and such for the cave update.
