Jukebox music shouldn't come from a direction

I love listening to my collection of music discs while doing repetitive tasks, but what annoys me about it is having it shift the volume in my headphones when I'm turning around, since the music then comes from a different direction. I would want only the jukebox to have a mono output, or at least let us choose between one or the other.

    I would love if there was a built-in resource pack which overwrote all music disc .ogg files with mono versions of the same songs.

    I have a similar situation to you. I love Minecraft music discs, but I never use them in game, because I can't even enjoy them unless I literally sit still in front of the jukebox. I bet they'd see a lot more use and be a lot more enjoyed if there was a mono option.
