Add option to save settings as global or default

Something that I really dislike at the moment, is the fact that when you create a new separate profile (i.e. for mods such as OptiFine or similar) that your settings like keybinds, auto-jump, sound-settings, etc. are not carried over and that you have to recreate them over and over again.

This can happen quite frequently, especially with cases like mentioned above as a new version then often results in a new Launcher-Profile, which then results in the settings being reset.

It would help a lot to make certain settings the "default" for new profiles to take over when being created or to at least have an option to export and then import the settings from and to a profile. Otherwise, does this become mildly frustrating.

    Although this isn't quite a real fix, one thing you can do is copy the "options.txt" and/or "optionsof.txt" files to your game directory for the new profiles.
