    This would be really nice for game pass holders as the most popular game of all time would be readily available, it would also benefit Microsoft because it would solve the question for some of which PC version of the game to get, obviously the bedrock edition pulls more profit because, micro transactions, but who doesn’t want Minecraft when they get a PC, also, it could even benefit Java players because they can now play with friends without PC’s without having to buy a separate (arguably inferior) game

    what I don't understand is why it is even considered a different game than on Xbox if they are literally cross platform.

    Yep it should be in game pass for PC
