F3 + I should work in inventories to get a replaceitem command

When you look at a block or an entity and press F3 + I, you copy a setblock command or summon command for a mob or block with the exact same data. This should also work in inventories when you hover over an item, you should then get a replaceitem command which Puts that item into that slot. This should work everywhere, it should work in the players inventory, in chests etc.

    This would be so useful! It's such a hassle to use /data for everything.
