(Java Parity) Custom item NBT through /give and other commands

Add the ability to use java arguments on blocks in bedrock. Make it where custom nbt can be added to items through /give, instead of the community having to resort to cloning and destroying a chest to give custom enchantments to people. It really would be optimal since most of the nbt is already existent in bedrock, you just need to make more json arguments available to the average user. In java, people can give themselves custom enchants above their normal values, and give themselves custom potions. It would be beneficial for all map creators if you brought more commands and features from java over to bedrock.

    Thank you! this is what I've been wanting as a map creator for months. I'm glad that some else understands that this is an overdue feature.

    Item attributes in general are also needed. Bedrock has JSON attributes that Java doesn't have, and Java has item attributes that Bedrock doesn't have.
