animated skins for java

in java edition skins are dull and boring but they shouldn't be.

why can't we have skins that can be made customly and then animated from the minecraft launcher?

imagine the amazing things players can do with this like walking or blinking maybe even a specific animation for specific actions!

please mojang i would really like this and many others would too
