Currently the ignore list seems to be completely client side which makes it impossible to ignore certain interactions e.g. signs, books, titles, more advanced, chat-bubble type systems e.g. via invisible armor stand holograms. If the ignore list was sent to the server then datapacks/third party software might be able to properly handle this and reliably ignore all social interactions.
If privacy of automatic sending of ignore info to the server is a concern then an optional checkbox or separate button with a warning about the implication of sending that information might be a good solution which offers the requested functionality while still protecting a player's privacy.
