Add Social Interactions button to ESC menu

The new Social Interactions Menu would be a lot more accessible if it was listed in the ESC menu too instead of just being a keyboard shortcut. (Theoretically it could fit into the Chat Settings menu but they would be buried pretty deep and non-obvious there)
