Glow Squid Mechanics

I think it would be cool if similar to regular squids, glow squids could shoot a cloud of glowing ink at the player, potentially being able to give some sort of hypnosis effect where you can't swim or see for a short period of time.  This cloud could let off light in the water to put the glow in glow squid and maybe we would even be able to harvest this ink similar to how we collect dragons breath to create a hypnoses potion to finally be able to stun drowns.

    how about also you can right click a block with this ink to make it glowing
