Phantom Rider

Call this mob what you want but basically it's a hostile mob that rides on ostritches and phantoms. Everytime an ostritch spawns at night there's a chance it will spawn with a phantom rider on it (very low), and everytime a phantom spawns there's a chance it will have a phantom rider on it (even lower). The phantom rider does melee damage. It doesn't burn in sunlight. Drops phantom membranes. They aren't that fast without an ostritch or phantom.

    Forgot to mention: The phantom riders would only have a chance to spawn in savannas.
