Ouroboros

A mob that dominates time in the world of Minecraft, using time commands like a player.
This mob does not appear naturally, it only appears by command input.

    I'm sorry for the late reply.
    I was thinking about what kind of features this mob would have.
    First of all, if the player changes from creative to survival, it becomes neutral.
    It is quite large in size and looks like a snake.
    And it doesn't work for most effects.
    I also have the ability to deal with time, so I am quite strong.
