When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

2 sided Piston.

The 2 sided piston would be able to push and pull blocks and itself.

This would be a major help for Redstone inventors like myself as it would enable us to build machine that could travel forward FOREVER in a straight line.

We could build lifts, cars, planes- almost any mode of mechanical transport in Minecraft could be replaced! Instead of wasting a stack of iron to make minerails from point A to point B, we could instead just place that piston, a bit of Redstone and some slime blocks and we'd arrive!

It may be a minute or so slower but it takes far less resources and can be use to travel

Over oceans
In air
Underground
On land
In all biomes
Underwater
In the nether
IN THE END-you could use it to reach the end crystals!

So that's why I think this would be a great addition to Minecraft.
