I see the new Social Interaction Screen.

It should be used to block but also to send messages because commands are still visible by the Operator which they should only be visable in the Server Console or by noone in a realm. It also would be cooler as a way to message people in a cool interface. This has a chance to lead to a friend system where the menu also appears on the main screen as a friends menu and you can join servers by that or message them across any game. Like in clients. It could also go very well with a menu redesign.
