While this has been suggested before, I have some other ideas for these blocks. Many of the ideas below could be combined as well:
1) Blocks on the Honey Sticky Pistons head would be stuck to the block even when moved. This one has been suggested many times before but would essentially make only the piston's head behave like a honey block while the rest of the piston would not.
2) Honey Sticky Pistons are coated all around with honey, basically making them an extendable honey block. This would be very interesting for things like flying machines and the like.
3) Honey Sticky Pistons would behave like normal sticky pistons, but they could move blocks AND entities. Entities could get stuck to the Honey Sticky Pistons in its extended state and would be pulled and detached from them when it retracted. It would behave like a normal sticky piston in all other cases.
4) Similar to the previous ideas but entities could be permanently attached to the Honey Sticky Piston. If any entity touched the block's head, they would become attached, and wherever the piston was moved, the entity would stay attached. The only way entities could become detached from the block would be a normal piston to push them off (or if they were a player, to destroy the Honey Sticky Piston).
Alternative Idea: Honey Sticky Pistons would behave exactly like normal sticky pistons, but normal sticky pistons would be changed so they could launch entities (think of a piston with a slime block on top of it).
