Minecraft Earth Farm animal variants

Cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens have many cool variants in Minecraft earth. I think it would be cool to add all of them at once and have a crop or farming update with these animal variants. Maybe even for the other mobs too like a furnace golem or tropical slime. These different variants could be biome specific or time specific. Like the midnight chicken could spawn in the middle of the night and the fancy chicken could have a 1% spawn rate.
