First, the warden needs no weakness. If you really want players to have the feeling of the first night all over again, keep it strong enough to 2 shot you in netherite armour.
The thing I would like to see be added to the warden would be its hostility to other mobs. The warden should like his peace and quiet. So if noisy mobs like skeletons, zombies, enderman (when angry) and bats should be targeted by the warden. also if that's the case, you should give each noise in the game a warden priority. Very noisy things like TNT or Rockets should be prioritized by it than chasing a tiny bat. If a mob gets it hostile, it would attack the mob like it would attack us.
There should be exceptions. The Wither and The Ender dragon are things the Warden is afraid of and will try avoiding it. It will fight Iron golems though. It should be fine with anything quiet
