Minecraft Legacy Console Edition

You should allow customers to purchase the Legacy Edition as the "old" version of Minecraft under a Classic branding for cheaper than bedrock for those who prefer it. Updates and or bug fixes are not necessary, just allow people who prefer this version to purchase it with a clear disclaimer of what it is. People still enjoy this version and have nostalgia for it and it can serve as a time capsule for what Minecraft used to be. Heck, since it is discontinued, you can even put a Legacy versions launcher similar to Java Edition so people can select what version they want to play. And maybe even community mods!

    I stopped playing minecraft because of bedrock I want minecraft legacy console back with updates 😭

    I would make it free for people who owned bedrock on console but I dont want updates cuz like old emerald block and I really want Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition but couldn't get it and got bedrock and its kinda.... broken and I WANT CONSOLE MINI GAMES AAAAAAAAAAAAA

    I think you should have the option to switch a world to legacy edition on Bedrock

    I agree with all of this except one thing. I think they should update all bugs, then re-release.

    If any of you have an older version of minecraft for disc on Xbox / PlayStation4, all you have to do is (Read until the end before you do anything) enter the settings, system memory and saved data, and then delete two safe data files and then install the minecraft from the disc (in the next, you have to pull out the disc and delete the minecraft file, I don't know if it works on Xbox but I know it works on PlayStation4)

    This would be great, they wont do this because most people will get the cheaper version. Maybe you first had to buy bedrock first then you could buy it

    Maybe legacy console edition should come free with Bedrock edition. You'll still be able to receive purchases for dlcs so its a win win.

    Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition
    I need that version.
    I only got my switch 3 days ago and I would want that version downloaded on my switch.
    Such a shame that Nintendo delisted it off the eShop.

    This is what we need it will definitely make Microsoft a lot more money (which they love) and it will make the community happy I think that they should also make it for all consoles that have bedrock on them

    In all honesty they wouldnt do this because they know theyll lose profit in the marketplace . It could be a simple transfer where they add the marketplace to it but they already turned off the servers. What they should do instead to meet us in the middle is bring back all the tutorial worlds in a form of map packs FOR FREE and let it be a setting/option where they can bring that “old” style crafting setting that we had on legacy edition. Make it more refreshed but keep the same concept just add additional tabs/pages. We have to understand that they wouldnt go all the way back for example fortnite with the OG they brought it back but not fully/they added their newer game elements. minecraft should do the same, they already have the classic texture pack they could release a v2 with this style of crafting.
