These villagers have gotten more intelligent, they use weapons like swords and axes.
Farmers grow special plants that fight mobs.
Librarians use magic books to fight.
Blacksmith uses an iron sword.
The wandering trader will use a crossbow.
A new villager, the "war villager" uses some kind of bone armor and an axe to fight.
They rest just use random junk like wheat or gold to fight.
