Namib beetles are beetles in the desert that are adapted for getting water in real life. It could be a desert mob in minecraft. How about it has 10 health. It is passive. It should have an animation where it lifts itself and gets these water droplets on it. If you use a bottle on this it will fill with water. I feel like this would just be interesting.
