The Spectre

Hi i have an idea for an "extra" boss Called The Spectre, this boss is like a dragon mixed with a phantom where it can only be summoned at night, the way you would craft the summoning item is two phantom membranes in the middle right and left sides, dragons breath in the middle, nether star in the middle bottom, rotten flesh in top middle and four iron blocks in the corners to make, The Spectre totem which you place on a diamond block surrounded by netherack that is lit on fire and doing so will summon The Spectre, the attacks it should have could be a combo of summoning wither skeletons shooting wither skulls a swoop attack and some kind of dragons breath.              

PS..Feel free to alter the crafting recipe and summoning method.
