(Mob) Translucent Skeleton

The Translucent Skeleton is a rarer Skeleton that appears deep underground in the darker caves, they have the appearance of those skeleton costumes you see during halloween except with a glow in the dark green translucent glow texture applied onto them. Unlike regular Skeletons Translucent Skeletons attack with they hands due to it being to dark to aim at things, thought the fact they glow makes it hard for them to ambush people. Item Drop - Translucent Bone The Translucent Bone is a special glow in the dark green bone which can used to craft a new block, the Translucent Bone Block. The Translucent Bone block takes the appearance of the Bone Block but with glow in the dark green highlights on it, it'd be a nice building block since we don't really have any glowing blocks that emit light.
