Telescope Hotkey

Knowing the telescope is going to be added, treat it like a passive accesory,  if you got a telescope in your hotbar you can use it manually(like it was shown in minecon) or you can press a key and you will automatically open the telescope, when you relase the key you will come back to the previous slot that was selected, pretty much Optifine zoom but balanced, this will make people use more the telescope.
