Glass is cool and all, but Optifines connected glass is BEAUTIFUL and I think adding it to the base game would be perfect for 1.20. I think it should be a setting so people that don't like it can have it on or off. This would make giant glass walls, windows, and aquariums just perfect. Oh, and while you're at it maybe you could fix the texturing with water and glass? Looking through glass with water behind it doesn't look very pleasant and isn't easy to see. These two features would make 1.20 10x better (IMO). One more thing you could add is to make stained glass smooth and not have glass streaks (This could also be a setting). I would love for this to be added and I don't think it would be very hard to add :)
