Instead of tediously killing a bunch of Wither skeletons to get wither skulls, you can redirect ghast balls back at the wither skeletons, increasing the skull drop chance to be 50%. A ghast spawner would also appear in Nether fortresses to make this accessible. This process actually requires skill instead of being time-wasting and tedious.
