Since piglins are very sensitive about their gold (and other people's gold), they should become aggravated when a player eats a golden apple. This makes a lot of sense as Piglins wouldn't want you consuming their precious gold and this would add a challenge to bastions as a player would have to eat a golden apple in secret. Also, the same principle should go for golden carrots and Enchanted Golden Apples.
