Item modifiers on criterias

In scoreboard objective citerias there are: minecraft.broken:<item>,  minecraft.used:<item>, minecraft.dropped:<item> and more, but have you ever wanted to add a modifyer to the item in a cretria like this?;
minecraft.used:bow{Enchantments:[{id:power,lvl:5}]}
