Composter Bedrock Parity

This suggestion is quite simple: a proposed parity between the function of composters in Bedrock, and of those in Java. 

Currently, in Java, composters can receive input from hoppers, and a hopper can pull finalized bone meal out of the composter. However, this functionality is not available in Bedrock, meaning there is no possible automation of bone meal production in Bedrock. If you could add the same mechanic to Bedrock, then using a composter with hoppers would be possible in both editions, and elevate technical playing on Bedrock.

    Wait really? Also (Java Parity) should be added since its Java->Bedrock.
