Create a team just for the Leftovers of Biome Votes

Mojang could create a small team that works just on adding the left overs from Biome votes. that way Mojang doesn't just keep building a backlog of planned features.

These features can be added in very tiny mini updates every now and then. and it can help the drought between major updates. Like how the Caves & cliffs update will take about a year after the Nether update to be released. it would be nice to have a mini update in the middle of the wait to help keep a steadier interest in the game

(side note): if they decide to treat 2020's mob vote the same as past biome votes, then the leftover mobs would also be this teams job.

  That would be wonderful and I'd love to see a desert and savanna mini update before the cave update.
