As some of you may know, and I quote the official MC Wiki:
"music discs can be played on a jukebox by right-clicking on it. If the player places a comparator besides a jukebox, the intensity of the redstone signal depends on the disc currently played"
For instance, "cat" outputs a signal of 2, "blocks" outputs a signal of 3, and so on. Disc "11" actually outputs a signal of 11, in reference to its name, so while one would expect disc "13" to output the strongest redstone signal of 13, its designated signal strength is 1.
Now, I can see why this is: Disc 13 was the first disc in game alongside "cat", so a strength of 1 makes sense, and up until "pigstep", which is in fact the disc with an output of 13, there had only been 12 tracks in the game. But now that a 13th track exist, I think it would make a bit more sense if Disc 13 were the most powerful in terms of redstone strength, if only to be in tune with disc 11 (they are both the most elusive and unique out of the bunch) or as a nice easter egg. Other than that, not much particularly practical practicalities involved. Thanks for the read.
