Wooden Golem: The Scarecrow

This would be a new type of golem for defending your home from mobs. Would be made just like the iron golem but with wood instead of iron.

It would look like a scarecrow and would be thin and wimpy looking, with a pumpkin on it's head like the snow golem (and just like it, the pumpkin would be a helmet and could be removed with shears).

Like the iron golems, it would attack all hostile mobs on sight, except creepers. It would not be very mobile, and it's spawning position would be the place it would stand most of the time. It would not chase mobs that are too far from it's spawning position. All passive mobs(except villagers/traders) would be scared of it, and would avoid it, keeping a distance of at least 10 blocks (the wooden golem would not attack them though).

It would have pretty pathetic stats, with 14 HP(7 hearts) and 4 ATK. However, it would have a natural permanent Bane of Arthropods II to it's attack, and would be the only mob in the game to not destroy farmlands, even when jumping. On death they would drop 1-3 sticks.

This means that it would be a great defense against grasshoppers, as they would have 8 hp and would be one shotted. I talked about them in more detail in another post (which I hope wasn't deleted again). Unlike the other hostile mobs, storm grasshoppers would always ignore the wooden golem, even when attacked by it.
