Zombie winter variant

These can be called "the shattered" and will spawn in snowy taiga, ice spikes etc. These are powerful because they will give you weakness 1 and slowness 2 when they hit you. They drop rotten flesh, like other zombies, but they will also rarely drop snowballs and packed ice.
