new mob in nether-scooper

scooper will spawn in nether fortress.it will have 3 legs.body shape will be like creeper.there will be 2 horns on its head.it will throw scooper split when the player is fighting with it . scooper split that will be use to brewing.if we kill it so it will throw scooper cell.we can craft a more powerful armor and tools then a nethrite . scooper will never killed with wood,stone,iron,gold and diamond sword. scooper will only killed with nethrite sword . scooper will effect player a new effect safocating . it will have 20 harts(40 health).please add this mob in version 1.16.4 a request to you from triggredplayer.and reply if you like this.
