Enderman killed with fire should have a chance to drop eye of ender

If you kill an enderman with a fire aspect sword or flame arrow etc. then it should have a small chance to drop an eye of ender.

Giving a small chance of this drop makes sense given crafting eye of ender requires "heat" from blaze powder.

    this would be too overpowered as it would be possible to get all the eyes of ender without needing to go to the nether

    Perhaps instead the Enderman has to be killed by a Blaze. This may not work though as they can teleport out of the way of projectiles. Perhaps if they are killed by fire caused by Blaze
