Imagine, exploring a ship wreck, or another underwater structure, when you hear something moving rapidly towards you in the water, you think its a dolphin, but than it makes a clicking noise much spookier than that of a dolphin, you swim as fast as you can, but its not enough...
The Horibillis (latin for terrifying) would be a new mob that lives in the water, it has a law that opens left and right, unlike all most animals, which have mouths opening up and down, it is a light green color, and a little larger than a dolphin. It is as fast as a dolphin, and can also get speed boosts when pursuing prey items, or running away from something. This mob would attack the player, and squid, but flees from pufferfish. It is a unique looking mob, setting it apart from other ocean life, though its light green color acts as camouflage making it very difficult to see.
This mob would add a sense of danger to the oceans in Minecraft, and will actually give you a fright, when it actively pursues you through the water, forcing you to run away if unarmed. (Not to say it would be easy to defeat even with moderate gear). The mob would be very frightening as its name suggests, likely causing many players to panic as they notice one near them, and scramble to the nearest shoreline. It would make a distinct rushing water sound when it charges towards a target, and make clicks kind of like those of a do,phin, but very easily distinguishable, as more demonic, and threatening clicks and whistles.
