This mob would spawn In the end above the void doing a jumping like motion occasionally coming to a end to island and rest and lay down sometimes when they get up from resting and fly into the void the leave the block of endstone they were laying on into a new block called pop rocks witch could be mined and eaten to be thrusted forward teleporting any mobs in your path. I think this would be a great addition to the end and add some life to the place.
