artifact: redstone core

The redstone core is a strange item forged of redstone deep in the fiery forge. Spawns a redstone golem as an ally for the player. Possibly in the future a way to power up the redstone core by collecting runes and upgrade the redstone golem to a restone monstrosity could be added.

    Maybe it should be a Wounded Redstone Golem to not make it too powerful. It should also only be available on the highest Apocalypse difficulty and it only drops from the Heart of Ender.

    if it upgraded to a redstone monstrosity it would be too big blocking a corridor and would be way too op
