Gamerule to stop vines from spreading or limit vine spreading.

- I'd love to see a gamerule command where I can use it to stop vines from spreading. I already know that by setting the tick speed to 0 with the /randomtickspeed command I can prevent this from happening but I don't want to prevent my crops from growing and many other things, vines are a good touch for ruins but when they spread it becomes too much and the ruin loses it's charm.

- Example of the command: /gamerule doVineSpread false (Set to true by default)

- Either that or just limit vines to spread only 5-10 times, here's another reason why vines are annoying to work with in a screenshot shown below.

    I am also disgusted with long vines when I have next to my house jungle and I want have there beautiful big trees, but not with vines from top to the ground. I have to spend couple minutes every few hours destroying them. It's annoying.

    There should be length limit, similary as we have for chorus flower etc. And I saw mod (quark) with a really great idea... you can burn tips of vines with Flint and steel and it cuts a little bit of the texture(the last piece of vine become shorter) and the vine stops growing

    This is a fantastic suggestion and pretty much exactly what I want done with vines in game.
