Ability to disable command blocks on edit world menu

I am actually surprised this isn't already in the game I no mean one rogue command block can ruin a perfectly good world you spent hours on and there is literally no fix besides backups (which ok but no one has time to backup the world every 5 seconds) and external tools which most players don't even use.
