(UI) Change the armor bar max to match netherite armor.

The current armor bar is setup to match diamond armor, so having diamond armor fills the bar, but the real max armor is netherite, so the bar should be updated to match netherite instead of diamond. This would show new players that manage to get diamond that there is another tear of armor, and to keep searching for new ores.
