Cats should be scared of thunder and rain

Cats scare away creepers, but they should still have a weakness so it's not impossible for creepers to get close. when it's raining, cats make a sad sound and stand under the closest block shadow like foxes. when it thunders, cats make a scared sound and dart around for a few seconds.

    great idea i will learn to do a resurce pack to make an animation while we wait to this being implemented
