Fletching Structure In Villages

As the fletcher has the basic deluxe house and a fletching table with no use, the fletcher is basically rendered useless. This might add a bit of variety with structures in villages, as every profession in villages have a unique structures. That gives a unique vibe to fletchers and also a unique new strcuture!
