Changing hunger bar

I had thought of this cool but little detail that could be added into the game, and that is the hunger bar changing food types. Right now, we have the classic chicken as our hunger bar icons right now that we all know and love. But, what would be cool is having those icons change depending on the foods that we eat the most. So basically, if we start up a brand new world we could have the classic chicken icons, but if we start eating a lot of steak then the icons will turn into steak and so on. It's a really small detail but it'd be cool as an addition.
