Pillager and Piglin arrows should deal higher damage

I think pillager and piglin arrows are too weak and they should be able to defeat a skeleton. So pillager and piglin arrows should do:

  • 2-7 damage on easy difficulty,
  • 3-9 damage on normal difficulty,
  • and 4-11 damage on hard difficulty.
