Attack Power Bar (Guage)

A bar, similar to the experience level bar appearing on the main character interface, that shows your attack strength in relation to the target you point at within your attack range. It would calculate for your base strength + spell bonus + potion bonus + weapon in hand + any bonus such things give you for the particular monster. It would only appear for living things, except those that are currently acting as blocks. It does not show up for any kind of block.

    This could have a range limit for bows and tridents of maybe 15 squares, which I think would probably cut down on glitch potentials and keep long shots challenging.
