add the kludde

the kludde is a part of dutch folklore the kludde is a big dog that walks on its hind legs with heavy chains (one around the ankle) bear claws, a black beak, green glitening scales on the black wings and crimson colored bulging eyes he wolud pull players in the water he would be able to run fast, and if you kill the kludde 7 more will spawn,it can spawn in caves it will be able to transform into any mob it likes and even any tree!it will drop wings that you can use to fly! or a elltra it's mojangs choice but please add this mob
