Touch screen arrows should have head turn disabled area around them

(This is not a bug, its a new feature suggestion) When i pvp or fight mobs with a touch screen device, sliding my finger on the touch screen arrows often lead me to turn my head. To avoid this i suggest there would be a ”head turn/interact” disabled area under and around the arrow buttons, because who uses that area to turn their head anyway? You turn your head and interact with the world with your other hand. Its so annoying when in the middle of a fight i end up looking up at the ceiling or somewhere random like that and that gives my opponent/a mob some free hits.
