Equipment durability should be a thing for all mobs

It doesn't seem fair that mobs' equipment doesn't break, with the exception of Pillagers. It should apply to all mobs, with any type of tool, and armor piece. It would make the game more interesting.

    They do actually break. All mobs have durability on their armor and tools.
